30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Obtain return authorization before sending the item. Our return address is Quorummode, 346 Rue Louis Proust, 30900 Nîmes, France. We will confirm the return instructions with your authorization.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist. Where an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Quorummode covers return shipping. Reasonable inspection, or damage already present when received, does not make the item ineligible under the ordinary unused-condition or packaging requirements.
Return shipping and fees
For a change of mind, you pay the return shipping cost to our return address in France. Quorummode pays return shipping when the issue results from our error, damage or a defect. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, funds will be automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. For questions about a return or refund, contact [email protected].
