What are Quorummode brooches made from?
Our collection uses brass with the finishes and, where applicable, enamel accents listed on each product page. Finish names describe colors rather than precious-metal content.
How do I choose a size?
Each product page lists approximate body dimensions in millimeters, excluding the fastening. Compare these with a ruler on your garment to judge the scale.
How do I care for my brooch?
Follow the care instructions on the individual product page. Enamel, brushed finishes and layered structures need different handling. Keep your piece dry and store it separately.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses are not included.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; not a guaranteed delivery date.
What is the order cutoff?
Our cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round; the cutoff does not change for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Before-cutoff orders count that business day as day one of handling; later orders start on the next business day.
Can I return a purchase?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization before shipping. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
Who pays return shipping?
You pay return shipping to France for a change of mind. We pay when the item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. There is no restocking fee. Reasonable inspection or original damage does not invalidate a defect-related return.
When will a refund be made?
Approved refunds are automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How are prices and tax displayed?
All prices are in USD. Checkout lists item totals, free standard shipping, tax of $0.00 and the final total. This is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.
